Hello readers.I think, gaining skills especially leadership skills is very important and helpful

In this term in my major I studied a course called Communication and Leadership Skills

I really enjoyed and I saw that' very important to share cos It affect on me and my skills.

So, I will share the most thing that i like in leadership about.

First of All,I wanna ask you many questions

What is leadership?

Why is leadership important ?

Why do we need leaders?

Leaders – born or bred?

OKAY.!!! Are or am I a leader.?

Also,It is the process by which a person exerts influence over others and inspires, motivates and directs their activities to achieve the group or organizational goals.

progress always in learning or growth zone.

To be a leadership =To be Proactive (Circle of influence ) Begin with end in your mind What matter most? (Priorities).

Finally there's sentence I like and I will work with it
